Standard shipping

Flat rate AU$15 Complimentary on orders AU$99 and over.

NSW, VIC and ACT: 2-5 business days.

QLD and SA: 3-6 business days.

WA, TAS and NT: 4-9 business days.

Express shipping

Express rate AU$20

Shipping during promotional periods Please allow an additional 3-5 days for any order to be dispatched when placing during a major sales promotion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. It must be in its original condition and resalable.

Please note: We do not accept returns of any item that has been used, unless it is deemed faulty.

Any return shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend selecting a shipping service with tracking, as we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the returns process. Signature on delivery to Miss Blooms is required. Please email info@missblooms.com.au with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, Miss Blooms will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email info@missblooms.com.au with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment and purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Miss Blooms as accurately as possible.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be identical to the physical item received.

Our products are made by hand, small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
